Risotto funghi! With some chicken! A decent Italian authentic risotto! Passed with flying colours after tens of risottos!

Oh look at the marbling on that meat, and thinly sliced, so that it’s cooked quickly and you can just dip into the sauce and eat it immediately! Can anyone ask for more…yes of course, pass the mushroom platter, tofu, fresh sweet sweetcorn, fishballs, cuttlefish balls, dumplings, lettuce and DAIKON (white raddish, best thing in the world with sauce)
